Just recently, I bought this book called “Wreck This Journal” by Keri Smith. It was a suggestion from my sister. In actuality, it’s more of a journal than it is a novel or story book. I guess you could look at it as a story about my and how I interpret life. Anyways…
This book is basically a journal that has a different task, topic or action on each page. My sister said its a great way to “let loose” being the anal perfectionist that I am.
I just opened it up for the first time tonight. The author suggests doing the tasks in any which way you wish. Knowing me, I’m going to go through it in order :)
The first task was to write your name in multiple different ways. Ok, I thought to myself, easy peasy.
The next task, number the pages. This sounds like an easy enough task, but of course I hesitate. So many thoughts go through my mind. Do I want to start this task now? I don’t want it to be sloppy. I should do it neatly. But there are at least 100 pages to this book. Maybe I shouldn’t start.
But I do, and by the 80th page, my numbers are sloppy. But oh well…right?
The numbering pages was a lot for me to handle in one night :p. I’m gonna go to bed, my mind is stressing! Haha!
Hot pandesal with butter will always remind me of early mornings at my grandparents house in the Philippines. Hearing the vendors walk up and down the streets yelling “pandesal!”. Yum yum yum with a cup of white coffee!
I’ve downloaded the wordpress app to my crackberry so now I can blog while I breastfeed :). No more falling asleep on my hunny bunny! Haha!

I don’t know how close I’ll get to completing the list by next year especially being busy with the new little one in my life. I’m sure I’ll be able to do some things (like #2 or #29) but others may not happen (#33).
It’s been a long while since I’ve posted anything. Lots of things have been happening…some things off my bucket list has been crossed off…some things I don’t think I’ll ever get to.
But anywhoo…I don’t have time right now to write anything extensive, but stay tuned…I’ll be back :)
